How zones work
Zones use the service hub and pickup/delivery locations, not simply the miles between two addresses. Extended-distance charges apply beyond the outer zone; dispatch confirms your route estimate.
Legal courier delivery
From $45 · base delivery rate
Legal documents, signed originals and time-sensitive deliveries. Filing and retrieval services are listed separately.

Business-to-business delivery

Healthcare courier delivery
From $60 · base delivery rate
Eligible non-pharmaceutical medical supplies, equipment, records and healthcare materials. Prescription drugs, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances and radioactive materials are not accepted.

Document retrieval delivery

Transport for court and public-records retrieval. Confirm search, copy and certified-document costs with dispatch.

Court filing delivery

Transport for court filings. Confirm clerk processing, filing fees and any return requirements with dispatch.

Rush, after-hours & waiting
- Rush / STAT priority: +$75
- After-hours service: +$75
- Waiting: first 15 minutes free, then $1 per minute.
Rush and after-hours are separate charges and can both apply. Share your deadline when requesting dispatch.
Airport cargo tender & recovery
Airport terminal service: +$50 for either tender/drop-off or recovery/pickup, in addition to the delivery rate.
For airport cargo drop-off, pickup, and terminal coordination. Provide the air waybill, cargo terminal, release contact, deadline, and handling instructions.
The first 15 minutes of waiting are free, then $1 per minute. Third-party airport, terminal and storage fees are passed through at cost.
Live animal handling
First animal / crate: +$75
Each additional animal / crate: +$25
Handling is added to the delivery rate. Include the animal, crate count, route and care instructions in your dispatch request for review. Airport service and other applicable charges are separate.
Refrigerated & temperature-logged medical handling
Refrigerated medical handling: +$25
Verified cold-chain / temperature-logged handling: +$50
Choose the handling tier your shipment needs. The $50 temperature-logged tier replaces the $25 refrigerated handling fee; it is not added on top. Base medical delivery rates still apply.
Include the required temperature range, packaging and documentation in your dispatch request. We will review handling and availability before confirming the shipment.
Packages, pallets & larger items
The first 3 ordinary packages are included. Each additional ordinary package is +$5.
Standard document envelopes and bundles are excluded from the package count. Boxes, parcels and padded mailers containing merchandise count as packages.
- Heavy items over 50 lb and up to 100 lb: +$25 each.
- Oversized items: +$25 each (longest side over 48 inches, up to 84 inches, or length plus girth over 130 inches).
- Both heavy and oversized: +$40 each. These items do not also incur the $5 ordinary-package fee.
- Over 100 lb, over 84 inches, or requiring extra people or equipment: quote required before loading.
Pallets use separate service-specific pallet pricing, with a maximum of 3 pallets per request. Final handling charges reflect the items actually collected.
Court filing & records retrieval
- Standard court filing: $45 per filing.
- Additional filings at the same location: +$15 each.
- Re-file / correction: +$25.
- Records retrieval: $45 base retrieval fee.
- Court, certified-copy, copy and search fees: passed through at cost.
Specify in your dispatch request whether you need filing, retrieval, delivery or signed-document return so the estimate covers the complete job.
Scheduled & recurring routes
A regular route deserves a tailored estimate. Share the stop count, schedule, locations and handling requirements.
Legal routes: $150–$330/day; $25 per stop with a $150 minimum scheduled-route fee.
Medical routes: $175–$400/day; $40 per stop with a $240 minimum scheduled-route fee.
Scheduled-route pricing is separate from additional stops on a one-time delivery. Dispatch confirms the applicable arrangement.
