Healthcare supplies, equipment & records
Coordinate eligible non-pharmaceutical medical-supply, equipment, healthcare-material and medical-record deliveries between clinics, laboratories and healthcare facilities.

RCC does not currently accept prescription drugs, prescription-only products, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, infectious materials or radioactive materials.

Refrigerated & verified cold-chain transport
Match the handling to the shipment. Choose refrigerated medical handling or arrange verified cold-chain transport with temperature logging.
Refrigerated handling: +$25.
Verified cold-chain / temperature-logged handling: +$50.
These are alternative handling tiers, added to the medical delivery rate. Dispatch confirms the temperature range, packaging, equipment and records required for your shipment.
PDX airport cargo tender & recovery
Connect the airport cargo terminal with the next stop in your shipment’s journey. We coordinate both cargo tender/drop-off and recovery/pickup around terminal instructions and shipment deadlines.
- Airport tender / drop-off and recovery / pickup.
- Air waybill and IAC/reference information.
- Cargo terminal, release contact, deadline, and availability details.
- Airport handling instructions carried with the dispatch.
Either airport tender/drop-off or recovery/pickup adds $50 to delivery; third-party airport, terminal, parking, and storage fees pass through at cost.
Live animal transport
An animal shipment needs its own plan. Use the dispatch request form to provide the animal, secure crate, timing, handoff and care instructions for review.
Handling: +$75 for the first animal/crate, then +$25 for each additional animal/crate. Delivery, airport service and other applicable charges are separate.
Scheduled & recurring courier routes
Build delivery into your working day. We coordinate recurring pickups and stops for offices, laboratories, retailers and other businesses with regular transport needs.

Shipment acceptance & prohibited items
Every request must accurately describe the shipment. RCC may request additional information, inspect packaging where lawful, or decline a shipment that is unsafe, unlawful, inaccurately described or outside our authorized capabilities.
- No prescription drugs, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, cannabis, CBD or THC.
- No firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, fireworks, radioactive materials or hazardous materials.
- No illegal, stolen, counterfeit or fraud-related items; cash, negotiable instruments or other prohibited valuables.
Specialty requests, including live-animal, airport and temperature-controlled shipments, require advance review and may be declined.
