Rose City Couriers Driver SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the Rose City Couriers LLC driver text-messaging program.

Program Description

By voluntarily opting in through the RCC Driver Portal, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages from Rose City Couriers LLC at the mobile number associated with your driver profile.

Messages may include:

Dispatch assignments and new-dispatch notifications
Pickup and delivery information
Scheduling changes
Estimated-time-of-arrival requests
Route or safety information
Administrative notices
Support conversations and replies

This messaging program is used for operational communications and is not used to send marketing or promotional messages.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in the SMS program is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving courier assignments or using Rose City Couriers LLC services. Drivers who do not participate in SMS messaging can continue to access dispatch and assignment information through the RCC Driver Portal.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to dispatch activity, assignments, scheduling needs, and your interactions with Rose City Couriers LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply according to your mobile service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

To resume receiving messages, reply START or update your texting preference through the RCC Driver Portal.

Privacy and Mobile Information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in our Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message Delivery
